Governor Charlie Baker proposed a budget for FY22 that makes substantial investments in job training, re-skilling, and youth jobs. However it cuts funding for several important programs including YouthWorks, Adult Basic Education/ESOL, Learn to Earn and the MassHire Career Centers

- Workforce Competitiveness Trust Fund $10 M
- Learn to Earn $1 M
- Career Technical Institutes $10 M
- YouthWorks $23 M
- School to Career Connecting Activities $6.4 M
- Mass Hire Career Centers $10 M
